A pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation approached CareerVision to help them dismantle gender balance obstacles within the company and encourage greater female participation at a leadership level.
We worked hand in hand with Dr. Margaret Kennedy of Kennedy Insights (coaching and culture firm) to design a practical and immersive programme which was informed by DEI research and insights gleaned through years of working with women from all backgrounds.
This unique programme was delivered to women within the organisation, and gave them insight into their own strengths and potential, a comprehensive leadership vision, a practical plan and the confidence and mindset to go after their leadership goals.
The benefits were immediate with 50% of participants making upward career moves, 100% stating an increased confidence in leadership potential and a programme Net Promoter Score of 92%.
Furthermore, the programme was so beneficial that it was adopted by the BioPharmaChem Skillnet in Ireland, and it is now widely available to women working in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, medical device and chemical supply sectors in Ireland.
