Once the evaluator is complete, you will receive your personal Insights Discovery profile. One-to-One Coaching Session – Bringing Your Profile to Life

At CareerVision, your Insights Discovery profile is just the beginning. What sets us apart is our commitment to taking individuals beyond the profile. Every participant receives a 1-to-1 coaching session with an Accredited Insights Discovery Practitioner; a conversation designed to translate psychometric results into real-world impact.

In this space, leaders and colleagues step back to reflect on their natural strengths, communication style and blind spots. They begin to see not only how they show up but how that presence shapes the people around them. The session connects self-awareness directly to leadership, building confidence, clarity, and the ability to influence with intention.

Team Workshop 1 – Building a Shared Language

Once everyone has explored their own profile, we bring the team together in a tailored workshop.  Colleagues see how their different colour energies combine, where strengths lie, where tensions can arise and how to work better together.

Leaders quickly recognise patterns: why communication breaks down, why decisions stall, why certain voices dominate while others go unheard. And, more importantly, how to change it.
