Developing Talent through T-SpaceTM
T-SpaceTM is a unique and powerful talent development methodology, which directly assists individuals and organisations to drive beneficial transformation in their work environments. T-SpaceTM is based on the concept of professional supervision and is activated through a structured group-coaching process. It is particularly effective in embedding behavioural changes in individuals, which in turn drive social connectedness within the group and the wider organisation. It is therefore capable of delivering required cultural developments to meet business goals.
How T-SpaceTM works
T-Groups of 6-8 participants meet every 3-6 weeks for a T-SpaceTM session. A format of tailored learning themes are applied to the sequence of T-SpaceTM sessions, and participants are given the opportunity to embed knowledge through supportive working through of live case examples with their colleagues. Through the professional supervisory support of a trained group facilitator, individuals develop their skill-base, build strong working relationships and create a powerful support network which can then rise to meet challenging business targets.
