Guidance Supervision Services

Guidance Supervision Services provide a dedicated and confidential mechanism that is designed to support guidance providers in their front line roles with clients. Every day, guidance providers are supporting others, and it is vital that they have the professional support they require in order to help their clients in the best ways possible. This supportive service is always designed with client needs in mind and the processes are structured to provide a 'non-judgemental' and 'safe' space for guidance officers. All of our supervisors are full qualified in counselling supervision and are available to support guidance staff across the country.

Group and 1-1 sessions are available with a dedicated telephone support service which provides easy accessible support on guidance issues/situations for the client or focus group.
