Group

We design and deliver highly interactive, customised workshops to meet the needs of your organisation and employee groupings. Drawing on real life experience, we share our expert knowledge and energy to ensure that those transitioning from your organisation are supported in the most comprehensive manner possible.

We work with a very diverse client base and can adapt our approach to effectively support all age groups, all experience levels, varied cultural backgrounds and every education level.

Individual

Our proactive approach establishes effective working relationships with all individuals undertaking the Individual Outplacement Programme.

We offer a highly supportive service which is also very much so results driven. Our programmes are designed to meet a wide range of organisational and individual needs in helping to make the external transition both a smooth and positive experience for all involved.

Based upon employee level, service length and other situational factors, we offer programme options from one month to one year and success is defined as helping the employee toward meeting his or her career and life goals.

Individual outplacement interventions range from basic programmes such as C.V. writing and interview skills to more intensive programmes dealing with change, self employment and 1-1 counselling, all with a focus on the real needs of the individual
