Executive Career Transition

Our approach is to provide a mix of coaches to work with each individual, depending on need. A client may begin working with a career planning coach, and then chose to work with a business planning coach to test their ideas regarding self-employment. In the interim, they may chose to work with a financial coach or counsellor.

We offer a team of expertly qualified coaches and mentors who can provide highly tailored individual support to senior managers, who may have complex career transition, domestic and financial needs. Specialisms include career direction planning, entrepreneurial testing, business mentoring, interview coaching, self-marketing, successful networking, financial planning and personal counselling.

EXECUTIVE SUPPORT OPTIONS

Support Programmes will be tailored to meet individual needs. All members of the senior team are encouraged to attend Group Workshops and Programmes, in addition to selecting support in the following areas:

  • Career Planning & Activation - review and evaluation of current career situation with analysis of natural talents and core transferrable skills. Determination of future goals, target market, job search strategy, networking resources.
  • C.V. Development and Interview Coaching. Evaluation of Job Offers.
  • Entrepreneurial Testing - assessing readiness for self-employment. Assessing 8 key factors of success in transitioning to self-employment
  • Business Mentoring - Business Planning Support from an experienced Mentor for those considering launching a product or service including feasibility, strategy development, financial planning, marketing and business plan development and implementation.
  • Financial Planning - Confidential 1-1 financial assessment and planning with a taxation expert.
  • Personal Counselling - to support individuals through difficult or challenging times.

We offer a well developed range of online tools, psychometrics and knowledge resources to support the career transition needs of senior clients.
