Guidance Support Service
Guidance Support Service as suggested provides a dedicated and confidential service to support FAS Employment Services in their work with unemployed clients. This supportive service is designed with the clients needs in mind and the structured process provides a 'non-judgemental' and 'safe' space for ESOs. This 'safe' space created by Career Vision allows participants to :-
- Focus on self care & well-being
- Reflect on, and develop professional client practice
- Provide and receive support to/from colleagues
- Learn and apply appropriate Guidance skills and techniques
- Appreciate other perspectives-client, process, system, organisation
This service has many potential benefits;

Group and 1-1 sessions are available with a dedicated telephone support service which provides easy accessible support on guidance issues/situations for the client or focus group.
