Team Building
The aim of this programme is to create a sense of awareness among employees of the importance of teamwork and co-operation within an organisation and the benefits of undergoing this integration not only for the organisation but for the individuals themselves.
The programme is centred on employees whose working relationships with fellow colleagues and management are faltering and who need direction in improving how they deal with those in their working environment. It is also centred on creating more of an awareness of both oneself and others in the organisational environment and recognising and respecting difference among team members; this which is extremely important in today's highly diversified and challenging business environment.
