Career Vision and its team of highly qualified HR professionals and experienced career coaches are delighted to offer this programme and provide the networking participants with the highest quality career and personal development experience. Most clients will value some confidential 1-1 support, and this is provided as a key component of this comprehensive programme.

For senior executives and professionals who are used to a hectic lifestyle and constant work communications, isolation can quickly let job-loss depression and inertia sneak in the door, sapping self-confidence and energy with every second. Fighting it, by providing the opportunity for individuals to keep in touch, avail of support and attend networking events / professional seminars can be a powerful stimulant for success.

The programme's make -up is specially constructed to meet the needs of this pool of individuals providing the support and guidance which is needed to get the individual back on the road to employability.

This programme is a two-way process, with responsibility on both the client and the facilitator to participate and take a pro-active approach in getting the best outcome possible, therefore the individual must be fully committed to the cause.

The programme format is a 8 x1 days (or 2 days/wk for 4 weeks). CareerVision was evaluated by FAS Head Office as having run the most successful pilot on this programme in FAS Training Centre, Tallaght during Summer 2009. Our most recently completed 4 programmes in Moate and Newbridge had over 70 participants and achieved 60% activation. These excellent achievements on activation provide real proof of this programme's success. Currently we are running this programme alongside FAS in Cork, Drogheda, Tallaght and Ashbourne.
