Conflict Management (Mediation)
Conflict is something we face every day whether at home, at work or in our society. It is important to understand that conflict doesn't necessarily equate to fighting or arguing but can occur in other forms such as conflicts of interest. On the outset, although it may appear to be about a simple, straightforward issue, more often than not conflict exists because some core element of trust, beliefs, authority, or passion is being challenged. Therefore it is necessary to get to the root of the problem before the issue becomes bigger than the problem itself.
