A full review and evaluation of Kildare Local Employment Services has recently been completed by CareerVision. This information was then utilised as the basis for a comprehensive strategic planning process, which is helping the organisation recognise its potential, define its realistic development options and energise its future along some innovative and challenging routes.

The key methods employed were 1-1 interviews and group workshops, which allowed for significant data gathering alongside full involvement of all staff in the process. Staff, management and stakeholders of the organisation have welcomed this independent review and strategic planning mechanism and feel that they are being the authors of their own destiny.
