Making the right plans for your future during these changing times can be difficult. During the course of this programme, you will be taken on a journey of self-discovery which will lead to a greater level of self-confidence, a clearer picture of what you have to offer careerwise and future career ideas that are both personally suitable and realistic in today’s environment.

About the Programme

The day is spent getting to know each of you better, and helping you to know yourself better.
With a view to identifying the most suitable career paths, we focus on understanding your:

  • personality traits with regard to identifying the most suitable work environments
  • interests/motivators so that you are clear on ‘wants’ and ‘don’t wants’ in work
  • talents and strengths so that you set yourself up for success in your next role

Having pulled together a lot of data and information about yourself, sometimes it can be difficult to see the wood from the trees. We work with you to use these pieces of the ‘career puzzle’ to build a true picture of you and draw out what is important to you in your work. We then help you choose a career path or enhance your current careerpath so that you utilise these talents. Then it is over to you to action your career path by identifying potential work experience opportunities, enhancing your knowledge and skills through training and networking/information gathering so that you are in a better position to succeed with your plan.
