The Myers Briggs Type Indicator is tightly aligned to career direction. It was developed in the 1960's and makes use of Jung's theory of psychological type. It is a system which works on 4 preferences, with the theory being that we are all born with a natural preference set and that we develop this through life and work. Our natural preferences give insightful direction on our work requirements and career options.
The Strong Interest Inventory focuses on how interests link to work. By analysing interest levels on the six occupational themes, it is possible to predict the career options likely to provide the greatest degrees of work satisfaction. This tool also allows us to identify areas of lower skills confidence were development may be necessary to deliver work satisfaction.
Many of our assessments can be conducted from the comfort of your own desk at a time that suits you through our on-line Career Manager site Sample reports are available.
