The delight at securing an interview can also bring a lot of stress that may prevent you from performing to your full potential. To impress an employer at interview, you must be very well prepared and understand the value of what you have to offer. You must be confident in relating your assets to the position/organisation and demonstrate how and why you will be an effective fit for this role. You must understand the employer’s perspective and be prepared to answer competency based interview questions. You must be aware of and control your non-verbal body language.

This practical one day workshop works focuses on ensuring you can articulate your strengths, better understand the employer requirements and develop successful approaches to interviewing.
