Was Managing Director of her own Recruitment Consultancy for 17 years and now works in the career and talent management field. She is now joint Director of T-Space.
In depth experience in the use of psychometric tools in selection and assessment and uses her knowledge to optimise teams within key functions in her client organisations.
Qualifications include ; B.A. (Hons.) in Humanities, Psychology & Sociology from D.C.U. and Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing (Level A & B) from the British Psychological Society.
She is a Licensed Career coach and provides career coaching within client organisations and private practise.
